How do I personalize my order?

Each product page has a box where you can enter initials, names, font styles, and thread colors. Not sure what to choose? Select “designer’s choice” and we’ll take care of it!

What’s your turnaround time?

Our standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks. During busy seasons like back-to-school or holidays, check the product description for specific timing.

Can I request a rush order?

Email us at hello@momogramscollective.com before placing your order to check availability.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! If you're in Austin, you’ll see a local pickup option at checkout (available during select dates). We’ll email or text you when it’s ready.

Can I return something that’s monogrammed?

Personalized items are final sale since they’re custom-made just for you. If something is wrong or damaged, let us know within 3 days and we’ll make it right.
